3.5 Inch High-Rise Classic Denim Short

I wear a size 1&2 in leggings, 18 in jeans. I usually have to size down in shorts because they tend to run bigger. I find that these run only slightly bigger than a typical size 18. I have room in the waist and some gapping, but the size 16 gave me camel toe (and was extremely short). I must say that I’m surprised by some of these reviews. I didn’t find them to run small at all, so keep in mind that experiences may differ. It’s worth a shot IMO.

I’m a size 2/18. So that’s the size I got, they were extremely snug. So I sized up with a 20 thinking they’d be good without trying them on first. Considering I had already tried on the 18. The 20 was still just as snug. The only thing that changed was the back 🍑 had more room, so it was a bit looser for me since I don’t have much junk in the trunk. I’m going to try and get a size 22 but I’m afraid it’ll look weird around the waits because at that point it’ll be wider. They are very cute though!

I got this item today in the mail it’s honestly too big. I bought a 14 and it’s honestly way too big like falling down big. I was an 18/20 at one time then I was a 16. So 14 jeans now fit but I don’t understand why the shorts are too big.

I have only worn these shorts three times and the rip has completely shredded and came apart. Not only did it come apart they have started to rip up toward the pocket. Terrible for how much they cost!

These ran way too small. Most everything I have from Torrid is 0,1, or 14. I got a 14 in these and couldn't even get the buttons to meet. I am not a fan of the comfort flex waistband. I find it makes the pants run small and it's not comfortable to me. I don't like to wear things that fit tight around my waist. So I wish the description had included that these had the comfort flex waistband and I would not have purchased. Unfortunately I will be returning these shorts:(

These run silly small. I don't know what on earth the deal is with these shorts. I usually wear a 1/2 in Torrid pants and shorts, 0/1 in skirts, and a 2 in swimsuits and underwear. I own several pairs of Torrid jeans in 16 and 18 sizes. The size 18 I ordered in these.... couldn't even get them past my thighs. They really looked comfy and cute and I liked that there wasn't a ton of stretch but they're just way too small and oddly cut.

These shorts were really cute and fit great. I usually wear a 16 in Torrid jeans and size up to 18 for shorts since they seem to fit smaller. The size 18 fit great and was very comfortable and stretchy. The problem was that they began to tear straight up where there was destruction on one leg. They were not tight on my legs - they were actually loose when standing. I squatted down to pick something up and it began to tear. Then every bend of my leg from there on out it tore more and more until i ended up with a slit going up my leg about 3 inches ABOVE the destruction. I can patch it and get more wear out of them, but that's pretty disappointing to have to repair brand new shorts after the first wear.

They are very cute and comfy but a lot shorter than I thought they would be. I probably wont wear them but I do have someone to give them to who wears shorter shorts than I typically do.

I wanted to love these but I’m way too short. They did not fit me right. If I was maybe 3 inches taller they would be awesome. They are super cute. Totally buy them. I love that they are very high waisted. Just not for short girls

Good fit, I like that they are thick jean. The part that isn't very good, is if you bend the wrong way the strings fall apart easily. They have a comfortable band around the waist.
